Project TIES Promotes Rapid HIV Treatment at the Association of Hospitals Convention

The Project TIES team was able to provide guidance on its services to over 90 people, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff from various organizations and agencies, during the Annual Convention of the Puerto Rico Association of Hospitals on October 30 and 31 at the Sheraton Hotel of the Convention Center in San Juan.


Topics shared at the Project TIES booth included Rapid Initiation of Antiretroviral Therapy (Rapid ART/IR-TAR) and the organizations and agencies that provide it; the importance of “Undetectable = Untransmittable” (U=U); and access to resources available on the website sanjuanponefinalvih.com.


Additionally, it was an excellent opportunity to connect with various support service providers, many of whom expressed interest in participating in the ninth edition of the Service Providers Directory.
