In San Juan, public health is strengthened through humanizing gestures: a community health worker providing support during the most difficult moments, conversations that raise awareness, accessible testing, and medications available when they are most needed.


In this way, Project TIES has built a support network that connects people with a positive HIV diagnosis to a wide range of comprehensive services—all delivered with dignity.
